Pekay Brothers Ltd., an EABL Distributor, is seeking an experienced DMS Super User to join our team in Thika.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.
- • Maintain DMS master data including customers, products, users, salesmen, routes and promotions.
- • Generate and analyse sales, stock, inventory and performance reports.
- • Support sales, stock movement, route settlement and back-office processes.
- • Provide DMS user support and training.
- • Monitor data accuracy and resolve system-related issues.
- MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- • Proven DMS experience is mandatory.
- • Must have worked as a DMS Super User or in a similar DMS role within an EABL Distributor.
- • Minimum 3 years' relevant DMS experience.
- • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- • Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
- • Good understanding of sales, stock and distribution operations.

- Salary: KES 50,000 per month
