Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment by implementing security procedures, controlling
access, preventing losses, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding effectively to
security incidents across the company's farms, processing plants, warehouses, offices, and
distribution facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access to company premises and verify all visitors, staff, and contractors.
- Conduct routine patrols of company facilities and surrounding areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security surveillance equipment.
- Protect company assets against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Maintain detailed security occurrence books and incident reports.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, vehicles, and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and policies.
- Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies where necessary.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Support health and safety initiatives across company operations.
- Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Escort visitors, contractors, and high-value deliveries when required.
- Report suspicious activities and security concerns to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
